Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please contact our caring support team via email within that time if you wish to cancel or change the size/variant before we process your order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
To start a return: Please contact us at hello@littlemissdiva.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to inspect the items. Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please note that it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
Return Shipping
We believe in transparency. While we do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns, please note:

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns: Depending on your location, international return shipping may apply. We aim to make this as smooth as possible, but please be aware that shipping rates are determined by your local couriers.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure you get the quality you deserve.
Lost or Stolen Orders
We know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing! While we are not legally responsible for items once the courier confirms delivery, we won’t leave you hanging.
If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work closely with you and the courier to investigate the claim. Our goal is to advocate for our customers and, wherever possible, provide a replacement to ensure your Diva experience remains magical.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive your new item quickly.
Refunds (Final Approval)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the final approval status via email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method automatically.
