What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. 

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

🎄 Holiday Season Notice (Nov–Dec)

This is the busiest time of year for all couriers.
Tracking may take longer to update, and parcels may experience small delays in transit, especially once handed to Australia Post or international carriers.

Delivery Time Estimates

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times vary by country:

Australia and New Zealand 5-15 business days

United Kingdom: 7-15 business days

EU Countries: 7-17 business days

United States and Canada: 8 - 18 business days 

Other international locations: 8-21 business days

Please note, if a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we regret that we cannot offer compensation or resend the order without additional shipping fees.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website. You can also track your order at anytime using our Track your Order Page.

Where Does My Package Ship From?

Though Little Miss Diva is a small business, we partner with trusted logistics providers worldwide. This allows us to offer affordable shipping rates and deliver to multiple countries with care and efficiency.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how upsetting lost or stolen packages can be. Once the courier confirms delivery, Little Miss Diva cannot accept responsibility for missing items. Unfortunately, we do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen.
