Q: What is Little Miss Diva all about?
A:  Little Miss Diva is a whimsical dreamland inspired by our spirited daughter. We celebrate every little child's imagination, intelligence, and flair for fun by offering a handpicked selection of kids makeup, pretend play sets, DIY kits, hair accessories, and enchanting princess dresses. Our mission is to nurture creativity, confidence, and joy, making every day a magical adventure!

Orders & Cancellations

Q: What happens after I place my order?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. We dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (up to 5 days during peak periods).

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order (such as a change in size or variant), please contact our caring support team at hello@littlemissdiva.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with “URGENT” in the subject line at hello@littlemissdiva.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the package is shipped. Unfortunately, if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer compensation.

A: Yes! Little Miss Diva offers Free Shipping on All Orders—bringing a touch of magic to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Q: How long will delivery take?

Q: Where do my packages ship from?
A: While we are a small business, we partner with global logistics providers to ship to multiple countries affordably, ensuring you get the best price and reliable delivery.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can visit our tracking page at https://www.littlemissdiva.com/apps/trackyourorder at any time to track your order.

Q: Who is responsible for lost or stolen orders?
A: Little Miss Diva accepts no responsibility for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported lost or stolen. We are unable to reimburse or replace such orders.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Please contact us at hello@littlemissdiva.com to start the return process. Note that items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What is your refund process?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Q: What if my item is defective or damaged?
A: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@littlemissdiva.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: For exchanges, we recommend returning the unwanted item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.
